midgerock: “Fromage” by midgerock this design is subbed for this week’s contest at goodjoe.com.  The theme this week for the contest is “Celebrating Cultural Differences” I love cheese and France is world reknowned for its cheese and art. So playing with Magritte’s a bit with my design, a french artist, and came up with this design. Its not exact to Magritte’s Ceci n’est pas une pipe piece but a nod if you will and the exact translation plays and adds another level started with Magritte’s pipe piece with the word “fromage” being translated and reference in the text and the design. and bit heady but I hope people dig it. :)
